Cancellation Policy
There is a deposit due at the time of booking with the remainder of the fee due in person at the time of the session. The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hour notice, the deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule with 24 hour notice, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment. For group sessions: The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 3 days notice, the deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule with 3 days notice, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment. If this is a large group session, there may be more stringent deposit requirements.
